2023 TROPICAL MUSIC FESTIVAL

Latino Youth Outreach, Tropical Music Festival has raised funds though musical tributes and concerts to Empower Latino Students from low-income families with the Hispanic Achievement Awards Scholarship for continuing education in the arts and to support schools and community music programs.
