The goal in starting Latino Youth Outreach, was to assist and change the lives of hundreds and thousands of Latino students in the years to come, by Empowering and Inspiring Latino Youth through Education. Creating and supporting programs that make resources available to students in achieve their goals in reaching higher education, while simplifying the struggle for Latino Youth students and their families.

Joseph attributes his opening of Latino Youth Outreach, to his year growing up in NYC in the 80's with limited opportunities and resources available in achieving his own goals. Never forgetting the struggles and challenges he faced, he promised to dedicate his future in supporting Latino student from low-income families in reaching their goals.

Joseph credits his success and the amazing opportunities he has been given in life to his years in the military, college, traveling and most importantly, over 30 years of hands-on experience promoting the success of Latinos through media leveraged sport and entertainment marketing programs for clients in reaching the Latino Market
In 1992, Joseph Paniagua, Co-Founded Atlantino, a Sports and Event Marketing firm formed to create alternative methods in reaching the U.S. Latino community for our clients through media, activations, and Sports marketing.
Joseph co-introduced the first bi-lingual publication in the country, VIVA New York. Distributed free in the New York Daily News, it was quickly embraced by the diverse New York Latino community reaching over 500,000 homes monthly. Now online, VIVA is part of network with a reach of 1.5 million impressions per month for the NY Daily News. Through the success of Lifestyle and Sports bilingual publications, Latino sports and inner-city event programs were launched nationally promoting the positive success of Latinos in sports, entertainment, and business, while acting as a bridge in reaching the U.S Latino Market for our fortune 500 clients.
