He provides support in sustaining the partnership and coordinating services; working with school leadership; monitoring progress toward achieving objectives; managing PR activities, and representing the partnership at conferences, workshops, and meetings at the local and national level.
Having presented on both national and international platforms, one of his greatest strengths is his ability to connect to both youth and adults from diverse communities. Mr. DuBois brings professional integrity to his work and lives by example, incorporating health and wellness best practices in his daily life.
Personal Philosophy:
Research has proven, that children who have the support of a caring nurturing adult, have greater success in navigating through many of life challenges. It is my belief that a properly trained willing adult, can be empowered to serve and fill that void in the life of a child.
Professional Development Mission:
I empower youth practitioners, whether as a Teacher, Coach or Artist, to immerse themselves in the lives of the youth they serve via the world of Creative ART & PLAY, and I challenge them to be intentionally mindful about the well-being of the lives of youth and support them with practical strategies to achieve their personal ‘goals of impact’!
